‘Tons of Fun’ (Liquidator, 2011), is a vinyl only 7” release featuring Greg W. Lee and Alex Désert, well known for being Hepcat’s lead vocals, presenting a great Ska tune titled ‘Tons Of Fun’. It was recorded in both sides of the Atlantinc ocean, between Kinky Lab Studio in Barcelona and the Volcano Lounge in Los Angeles.

The Kinky Coo Coo’s is an allstar band playing and singing the old fashioned jamaican way. One of the biggest names in Spain with a great reputation in Europe and Japan where they have released some records during the last decade.

The band has played all over Europe and has also backed a number of jamaican stars like Dave Barker, Rico Rodríguez, Laurel Aitken, Roy Ellis, Earl 16 or Sister Audrey.

The Kinky Coo Coo’s is formed by 2 female singers, 3 horns, 2 guitars, organ, double bass and drums, cooking a style with which you can easily fall in love with: jamaican Ska, Rocksteady and Reggae sounds infected by 60‘s and 70‘s american Soul & Funk culture.
