Do you ship internationally?

No, sorry! We currently only ship vinyl around the United States. We hope to ship internationally someday soon, so keep checking back for more information.

How fast will I get my order?

Orders will be shipped out within 3 business days from when an order is placed. Once an order is shipped, the handling and delivery will be solely managed by USPS. Delivery estimates will be based on USPS timeframes which you can view by clicking here.

Once tracking information is received, you can check the status of your shipment’s delivery by clicking here.

What if my tracking information shows my package was marked as “Delivered”, but I still haven’t gotten it?

If your shipment is marked as “Delivered” in your tracking history but you did not receive it, you must contact your local USPS office to resolve the issue or can click here for some helpful information as well. Beat Surrender Records is not responsible for packages that go missing after being marked as “Delivered” by USPS.

What if my tracking information shows my package went missing and is not marked as “Delivered”?

If your package has gone missing (meaning, it’s been longer than USPS delivery estimates state and your tracking information has not been updated after 3 days or more), please contact us for help.

Do you accept returns?

Please contact us regarding your issue and we’re happy to try to help to the best of our abilities. 

*While it is rare, there are unfortunate cases when your items are damaged or defective upon delivery. If this does occur, please do not hesitate to contact us for help.
